Whether you join online, in nature, or for a one-on-one session, Kelsi’s approach integrates intentional movement, breathwork, and a deep connection to nature, guiding you toward inner alignment. With over 15 years of experience, Kelsi is dedicated to creating space for you to root down, explore, and reconnect with your innermost self.
The Happy Finch philosophy is simple: yoga anywhere, for anybody. Happy Finch offers affordable classes in a variety of formats, mirroring the adaptability and freedom of a finch.
