Awaken to the week with awareness. This 45-minute class blends breathwork, meditation, visualization, and very gentle movement to help you ease into your day. You may experience elements of embodied movement, qigong, and yoga, along with affirmations, chakra exploration, and inward reflection.
The pace is slow and intentional, designed to gently build your energy and prepare you for the week ahead. Release morning stiffness, reconnect with your body, and arrive fully in the present moment.
Please dress comfortably and bring your mat and a meditation cushion, or feel free to use one provided.
This class is lightly heated, not to exceed 80 degrees.

In this foundational series, the basics of awareness-based (Vipassana) meditation and mindfulness will be explored. During this 45-minute class, there will be a short dharma talk on various topics such as working with thought, impermanence, and preferences, followed by a 30-minute guided meditation. Instruction on setting up the foundation of your meditation practice will be provided in each class. Perfect for everyone! Yes, even you – meditation is for everybody. 🙂
No mat required! Please dress comfortably and bring a meditation pillow or use one provided. A journal may be helpful as well.

A low-impact, full-body workout designed to enhance strength, flexibility, posture, and overall body awareness. Through controlled movements and focused breathwork, you’ll engage deep stabilizing muscles in the core, back, and pelvis.
This invigorating class combines mat-based exercises with the option to incorporate props such as resistance bands, rings, or light weights to increase intensity and support your practice. Expect a lighthearted, playful energy throughout class.

It’s the weekend, baby! Kick Saturday off with a 60-minute heated Vinyasa flow led by a rotation of Happy Finch instructors, each bringing their own style and energy. Modifications are offered for all levels – come ready to move, challenge yourself, and feel empowered.

The best of both worlds. VinYin is a hybrid practice that blends the energizing, breath-led flow of Vinyasa with the slow, meditative stillness of Yin yoga.
Class begins with a dynamic vinyasa sequence to warm and ground the body, building strength and fluidity through movement. In the second half, the pace softens as you settle into longer-held Yin postures, targeting the deeper connective tissues, fascia, and joints for deep release.
Expect a balanced experience that leaves you both energized and restored.

Yin yoga targets your deep connective tissues, such as fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones. The pacing is slower, giving you space to turn inward and tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of your body. During this 60 minute class, you will learn to slow down your mind and body with intentional, long holds of poses aimed at deep release. Each pose works to promote the mobility and overall health of the muscles and connective tissues surrounding them.

Turn up the heat with this 60-minute heated flow that invigorates mind, body, and spirit. Guided by the Baptiste sequence, you’ll move dynamically through poses, connecting breath, alignment, and awareness. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, modifications will be provided so everyone can move at their own pace.

Looking to deepen your connection to the asanas you know and love? This class offers the space to explore each posture with intention and awareness.
Structured in two to three waves, each sequence is first broken down on both sides, giving you time to settle in, refine, and fully embody the shape. From there, you’ll transition into a fluid flow – linking breath to movement in a steady, intentional rhythm.
A thoughtful balance of exploration and movement, designed to leave you feeling grounded and connected.

A soft landing for your Monday. A low-lit, end-of-day practice designed to help you unwind and reset. Expect a blend of slow flow, yin, and restorative asanas creating space to retreat inward, and ease into the week ahead. Open to all levels.

A rotating series that highlights our teachers’ creativity and invites you to explore something new each week! Our Friday night classes may include musically themed flows, varied yoga styles, HIIT, myofascial release, mindfulness, astrology, or dance – no two are ever the same.
On the Last Friday of every month, this class will be a FREE community class, followed by a DJ Dance Party with our resident, DJ Zenisken.
Come for the flow, stay for the party.
